i have played for much money there and lost the all.( i dont remember how much but ca 2- 300Euro)

i go to the maneger and ask for cashback and and he say that i could get 25 spins

it was too little i said because other casinos give minimum 10 % cashback but no they wont give any more. i should have this 25 spins but many problems with this before i leave in denmark. i call them many times and won 1,75 euro...i contact

the maneger again and talk with him about this but he would` not talk to me ... i should wait ... after 15 minut i call again and said why i should wait, wait so long

after some minut he com back and said there would go minimum 10 minut more.

He was angry and i said if there should go so long time i would close my account

so he closed....Hannah have given me 100 euro for all this problems but no they

dont will open my account again... will you help me with this

Thank you for contacting Casino Guru. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. If I understand you correctly, you asked the casino for a bonus but didn’t get any. Unfortunately, the fact that other casinos granted you bonuses after you asked for them doesn’t mean that all casinos will do the same. Casinos can decide to whom they offer bonuses or even restrict some players from receiving bonuses at all. Could you please specify what this part means: "Hannah have given me 100 euro for all this problems"?
