I’ve never received a verification mail, and therefore can’t unsubscribe from the daily bombardment of texts, I’ve already contacted their customer support, who said they’d unsubscribe my phone number, but this still hasn’t happened. I’m tired of receiving 2+ texts every single day.

Your contact information can be easily exposed on social media or by any third party even if you have never registered an account with the casino. If the problem is SMS messages only, I would suggest blocking the number on your phone directly. Depending on what kind of phone you have, there are many useful articles and videos online.
Another option would be contacting the casino via live chat and requesting to be removed from their contact list.
