Good evening, for about 25 days now I've been trying to withdraw 500 euros from SlotPalace. I have properly completed the identification process, but every time I attempt a withdrawal, it gets cancelled after 3 days due to a problem with a provider. Can anyone assist me?

The account has been identified normally since the beginning of July, the profits came from the first deposit but have been returned normally, and there have been other deposits since then,
The last communication was through chat on 28/07 so I should ask them why they did not reply to the email I have sent here and 2 days with the issue.

Ο λογαριασμος ειναι ταυτοποιημενος κανονικα απο αρχες Ιουλιου , Τα κερδη ηρθαν απο την πρωτη καταθεση αλλα εχουν τζιραριστει κανονικα, και εχουν γινει κιαλλες καταθεσεις απο τοτε,
Η τελευταια επικοινωνια ηταν μεσω chat στις 28/07 ωστε να τους ρωτησω για δεν μου απαντανε στο email που εχω στειλει εδω και 2 μερες με το issue.
