1st i want to say this is not a fair casino they try anything as they can to not paying any big bills ..1st they never asking for a verification my wife had an account with these bums and they paid her without any verification because the $$ was only for 3 or 400 $ ..second i came i the chat and i told them what i need to do something to get my money they said no after that both of my withdrawl was ready to be sent till someone didnt want to pay they send me 2 withdrawl confirmation and after that they send me a verification to complete they dont want to allow my birth certificate they just try to void paying any money chat members dont match other words 1 will say thats ok we will wait till you have your id or you proof and the other one wil say to you that you only have 30 days to complete otherwise the account will be closed but i told them severals times it can take more than 30 days to get my ID and even with it they still told me to wait till i have my ID but they know exactly that my account will be closed in the next 30 days if i dont complete and they didnt mention it this site is a fraud they didnt mention any kind of verification they even said make a 1st deposit to withdrawl this place should be closed honestly the boss is a poor 1 stay far away from that place for the safety of your money please dont go on that plateforme

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that the missing ID is the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Has the casino approved the rest of your documents? Are you currently waiting for your ID card to be issued?

I told them my ID could take 1 month + in the chat they told me to wait even if it can take 1 month and half ..they didnt ask my girlfriend for verification when she had a withdral because the amount was low but soon as you win more they ask for verification they didnt mention whats happened with any of my documents even if i asked them severals times .. I can match all deposits proof adress proof bank proof date on my paper even my former ID to show them it was really me They try to void paying any big bills otherwise why not telling me all these information right at the beginning? I repeat when you clik on withdral 1st time when you create an account it dosnt say please verify it was saying you must do 1 deposit before withdrawl ... I mentionned 2 or 3 times you sure i can wait that long to verify ? They said yeah yeah no problem wait 1 month and half and come back with your id ...the problem is they knew exactly my account would be auto closed after 30 days i told them my girlfriend had an account with them and this is the main reason why i came on that place because i knew they didnt ask her for any kind of verification when she made a withdral..but they said i'm a liar that poor place should be demoted the boss clearly try to void any big bills i had a restriction when i started winning you think this is normal ? I were able to withdral only 750$ even if i won 20k poor place poor bose poor profit

Its funny because i told them several times that information and not only one time they tell me i have only 30 days till i found 1 honest person in the chat ..she knew this made no sense and she told me all informations after i told them i just talk with my lawyer they set me up simple ..you will not be able to even clik on withdral with every single honest site they will told you before please to complete your withdrawl you must vrrify your account i play on these site since 5 years... + all my withdral was already in pending they realized i made a lot only with 150$ deposits and they didnt like it i told them what will happen if i won one of your jackpot exemple 20k ? They told me you will be able to withdral only 750 by shot so if i wanted to withdraal my big wins it would take me like 2 month because i had a limit 750 3times in a week and i repeat i have both confirmation mail for my withdral in pending ..this is not normal i came in the chat severals times to know whats happened with it they told me your withdrawl are in the queue to be proceeded ..stay far away from that place no chat members can match other words they all lie

Yeah i have some but thats too late now and the worst part of it is they still continue to send me mail promotions even if both me and my wife made our account closed if i was a casino player again i would say stay far away from that site i'm done with any casino site now due of that situation .. This make no sense at all nothing was made correctly and i will add stay far away from poor country casino ..after reviewing this i think this make no sense to play on 1 casino where they pay in pesos .. They need to flip your wins in canadian money before paying the bills and they dont like + they reply 1 time by 24h when you have a problem they they think you will give up hahah but when they need to promote dont worrie for it these little rats will send you 2 or 3mail by day i'm done with it
