I’ve been waiting since Nov. 3 and was told it takes up to 3 business days. After 3 business days passed, I was told it takes at least 3 business days. After 5 business days, I was told it might take longer. Additionally, no one answers emails and they have chat bots answering questions. I’d love to get a real response from an actual human being.

I haven’t received one response to any email sent to this casino, and they appear to only use chat bots on their website for live support. I’ve emailed their support email address and their complaints email address.
