There was no progress even two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

Sent numerous emails about verification and withdrawal of £242. They told me they will close my account but refuse to acknowledge if they will send me my money. I would avoid this company, shocking customer support and a massive scam. Both my deposits I was over charged £100 got charged £106 and £50 got charged £54. Due to winning I only cared about withdrawing.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

When exactly have you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Thanks for the timely response. The website says it takes 2 business days for a withdrawal? Has this increased to 2weeks?


My concern with Slotsnbets it’s virtually impossible to reach them. They don’t list opening hours, have email contacts on their website that don’t work.

the email that bounces from their website is support@snbets.support. Emails don’t go through and live chat isn’t live as they respond 3days later. I asked them what are their working hours which was ignored. When I asked for clarity on why it’s easy to deposit but impossible to withdraw. I had to sent 6 forms of identity and again they took 4days to respond asking for more documents. I was also over charged for deposits which they didn’t explain why.
