The player's withdrawal has been delayed for over 2 weeks. The complaint was resolved as the player has been paid out.
I requested a Bitcoin withdrawal of 200$ on July 7th. All my documents ave been approved. At first customer support would tell me the generic message like "When your withdrawal is processed you will be notified". Now for the last week they have been telling me they are having update issues with their servers and it's delayed all withdrawals. I'm trying to be patient I just hope I'm not getting the run around. So if anybody out there is considering playing at Sports and Casino be aware that they are saying all withdrawals are being delayed. I'll update if something changes.

Hi. I requested the withdrawal 7/7/21 and docents were approved 7/10/21. (Screenshot sent to your email). Yes it was my first withdrawal. To your question, did I try to use a different payment method? Im not sure what your refering to. Do you mean did I try to change my withdrawl method? No I did not, I have found that Bitcoin withdrawals are the quickest way to receive a withdrawal of winnings.. I used Bitcoin to deposit also.
