Very disappointed in this site. My first withdrawal was a few days which was great. The second withdrawal has taken a different turn. It is now day ten and still no payout in Bitcoin. I keep getting the same answer from agents, your withdrawal is on the final stages. You will get a email when done. They advertise 73 hours. After this I will not be playing on the site again.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. The delay may be, for example, caused by the casino performing a routine gameplay check before any withdrawal is processed and sent to you.
I would suggest you wait a few more days (let’s say 7 days) and if there is no development, we will try our best to help you.
In the meantime, could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification? Also, you set the disputed amount to 750 BTC, which is a quite significant amount when converted to USD. Is the amount and currency correct, please?

Has there been any news? We are extending the timer by 7 days. Please, be aware that in case you fail to reply in the given time frame, we will reject your complaint.
I still have not received any payout. The amount is $750 in Bitcoin. I received another withdrawal with no delay of a greater amount about a month ago so it is a mystery to me why this one is causing so much of an issue. I have met all the requirements that the site has put forth to get the withdrawal. I was told by an agent from the site that the delay was because of upgrades that were being preformed which adds to my confusion. It’s been three weeks since my request for this withdrawal. The site boosts a three day wait for withdrawals or 72 hours. They offer very little assistance and zero in the area of any plausible explanation.
I want my payout and I want it now!
