The player from United States has received his winnings through an international check which was not accepted in the player’s bank. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
When I got my check, it was from a canadian bank. my bank wouldn't cash it cause they could not verify the routing number. now i have a 950 dollar check i can't cash.and paid 50 dollars out of my winnings to get it. I won't deposit here again. shame it was a fun place to play.

Could you please advise if you have been informed by the casino to check the availability of cashing out the international check. Consequently, have you tried to communicate this issue with the casino? Have you been offered any alternative, as refunding the check, and getting paid through an alternative payment method? Maybe one of the e-wallets, such as Bitcoin, would be a good option for you. It is fast, safe and you can always convert bitcoin to cash and ultimately move it to a bank account.
Lastly, maybe a different bank would be able to accept the check?
