The player's unable to withdraw as it always get rejected. Casino didn't respond.
this is ridiculous to play slots, i requested inr 30k withdrawal it was rejected saying u did not meet the terms and conditions.
then from inr 500 they left in my account i ran it up to 15k out of which i wanna withdraw 12k but without giving specific reason they have rejected it.
what i m supposed to do here? i was playing with my own deposit how can they reject the withdrawal.
i understand if i was using a bonus or anything but straight up robbing of players.

Is this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? When exactly did you try to withdrawal? Is your account already verified? Do you have any balance at the moment in the casino?
Please note that if it's your first withdrawal, it might take up to 14 days after you verify yourself to process the withdrawal.
Also please forward any relevant proof or screenshots to nikolas.b@casino.guru.

yes it was 1st withdawal and verification was passed succesfully, problem is not this, i will tell u in details about problem.
i got email deposit inr 500 and get inr 2500 to play with, so i made deposit of inr500.on which i was lucky to complete wager and made a withdrawal request og inr 7500, which was never processed in 1st place. then i requested them to cancel request of inr7500 from which i was lucky to hit 3000x on one slot and made a withdawal of inr 30000, ofc it was rejeceted saying i have not met the term and condition of bonus.
again inr 500 was left in my account which i agian ran it upto to 12k and requested withdrawal without any bonus or whatsoever in my account.
now out of 12k inr only inr5000 has been processed. it this in any way justified?
they saying read term n condition, why the hell i have to read term and condition if i m playing without any bonus?
does this inr 12000 does not belong to me completely?
i hope issue is clear now and pls put some light on this, i m lossing my trust over sites honestlty and there is no hope since they have barred me from contacting support and no reply to my email.
Thank you kiwi for the screenshots. Did the casino send you your betting history after you asked them for it? Aren't you able to access it by your own in your account section?

so they have banned my account, no response to emal about betting history. the reason they gave for inr 5000 and not 12000 cashout is that there term and condition says if a player has not deposited over $200 which is rougly 15000 in inr, than their cashout will be 10x max of deposit amount. is that even a thing ??

I've run through the casino terms and found this:
"9.1. If the accumulated deposit amount of a player is not greater than €200, then the players will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. Moreover, in the cases when the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €200 accumulated deposit amount, the maximum payout will be applied."
I've also noticed that the complaint is for Slots Ventura not Casino Ventura so I'll update it as soon as possible. As we do not have this casino in our system yet, there might be a little delay in resolving this complaint. Did they explain the account closure?

i didnot request to open complained i just said what is need of me to comment when you have gone through their site and foung it satisfactory that i cannot with more than 10x of my deposit if total doposit not mare than $200. lol its all fair rob me of hitting 3200x on gates

I never said that we find this term to be fair. The reason the complaint was closed because we haven't receive any respond from you. We believe that your winnings should not be limited by the deposited amount. However, based on the e-mail received from you, it seems there are other issues related with your withdrawal and that is the max bet you used during playing with bonus money but currently we do not have any more specific details whether you did breach this term or not. my account has been deactivated now means i will not be able see playing history. if case was of bet exceding you thing they will withdraw even inr 5k.

they are not gonna reply as its unethical on their part to consficate funds.
