it took over 10 days for my withdrawal to be processed and it did so on the 27 of sept. Now I been waiting a month for the money with nothing I have emailed them several of times and they keep saying they will have a rep look into payning me but they have not. Policy says 10 working days.

Yes I have withdrew before more than a few times last time it was ridiculous timing for payout this time is worse. All my info is verified. There shouldn’t be a problem one month so far no payout to me

It does not tell me when it was but it was like 2 months ago. It took 6 weeks. Now this deposit started 8 weeks a ago and went out for withdrawl 6 weeks ago. Still nothing. I text them and they assure me I would get it. I have not. I will never play with them again they lost a lot more money I put in them I get back.
