However, the withdrawal request was denied due to the lack of deposits made in between the free tournaments. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I won $30 from a free tournament on slots of Vegas. It was cool and exciting to win even though I wasn’t expecting it. I used the winnings in the casino and turned it into $100. When I requested a withdrawal it was denied because I didn’t make any deposits in between the "free" tournaments. That literally makes no sense to me at all.
