The player from Massachusetts had been struggling to withdraw his winnings for over two weeks. Despite having provided the casino with numerous pieces of requested information and having tried different withdrawal methods, he hadn't received his payment. The player claimed the casino refused to honor a cryptocurrency withdrawal and delayed the wire transfer. The casino also allegedly retained a portion of the winning. We asked the player for more specific information. However, due to the player's lack of response, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

I submitted a withdrawal request on 2/11. Did not hear anything. Contacted them after the 7 days in their terms and conditions. They said oh we need your bank statement. Sent them the bank statement. Waited 48 hours and contacted them again they said they needed more information. Contacted them again in 24 hours and they said they can’t wire it. I said ok send a check they can’t send a check, I said ok can we do crypto. He said to send him crypto address. Sent him all info. Contacted them again and they said they need more info, I sent them more info and they still can’t tell me when I can expect payment and how it will be sent. They said they need the routing number I have sent it twice. They told me I need another bank account but can’t wire to it for 30 days and it has to have activity. Still have not heard from them once and manager keep disconnecting chat and you can’t call cuz they have no number.

Sorry Tomas they would not honor a crypto. There was no problem with the wire they were just dragging their feet sending the payment. I still have not received the full amount as they say in their terms and conditions they can keep a portion but their terms and conditions only matter to them when it benefits them. The terms and conditions say I should have been paid in 7 days and it took 13 so they can shove their terms and conditions. Nowhere in the coupon I redeemed did it say this.
