The player from Alabama had used the welcome chip, played through the game, and successfully won $500. Despite being initially accepted, the withdrawal request had later been canceled by the casino. The casino's representative had explained that the player violated the casino's policy by using two consecutive free chips without depositing in between, thus making the winnings ineligible for withdrawal. The player had not responded to our inquiries for further clarification, leading us to reject the complaint due to lack of information.

I used the welcome chip played all way through the playthrough came out 500 ahead it said I could withdrawal I did said would have within 72 hours then they canceled it bc I used the welcome chip they don't want to pay none of there casino's do I would find somewhere else to play they are scam artist

Greetings all,


I had the opportunity to review the situation and unfortunately in this case there isn't anything I can do to assist, only one free chip is allowed between cash deposits and there were no deposits until the account confirmation deposit after the win on the 2nd consecutive free chip. The account confirmation funds have been refunded. Wish I had better news but even the $100 max cashout of the free chip is not eligible for withdrawal.


Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the casino.guru team for review.
