Case summary

The player from California had deposited $200, met the bonus requirements, and increased his winnings to $2200. After completing phone and document verification, the casino rejected the payout due to an alleged $80 bet violating bonus terms, which the player disputed as a scam to avoid payment. We requested the player's game history and relevant communication, but the player did not provide the necessary information. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to insufficient evidence.

Dear Mryan1973,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the bonus T&Cs and I found that there is indeed a maximum bet limit of $10 for bonuses.

Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex:

The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

However, if you feel like you have been accused mistakenly, feel free to forward me your game history together with a link to the specific bonus that you redeemed and played. My email address is kristina.s@casino.guru.

If there is any other relevant communication between you and the casino, please send it as well.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Kristina

I will do my best to get my history but the issue is it is not easily attainable and I grave concern that Slots Empire could easily fake the report. On the site it does not list all transactions, you need to go page by page with each page showing roughly 10 transactions. I literally did thousands of transactions and they claim there is a single one for $80.00. Please note I made thousands of bets all raining from 2 to 8.50, there claim is that I made a single bet out of thousands for $80.00. This would be very easy to forge in a report. With that being said why would anyone play one solitary spin out of literally thousands for $80.00? It makes zero sense. Even if there was one play for $80.00 and I swear I did not, wouldn't a reputable company see that there was only one play out of thousands and realize it must of been done in error? One single bet that allegedly lost btw did nothing to affect the amount won or have any bearing on play through requirements. If nothing else can come from this I want every one who is even considering using Slots Empire to be very aware of how easily they can manipulate a report and will do anything they can not to pay a customer their true winnings!
