The player from United States is questioning bonus wagering requirements and the number of personal documents required for the KYC verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
The Bonus T&C is clearly to the disadvantage of the player. A minimum deposit of $30 with a promotion/bonus/coupon will require winnings in excess of $4,000 before a withdrawal can be made. Who can win $4000 from a $30 (+bonus) starting point? It's an unfair practice.
Also, the steps to validate an account and to withdraw winnings borders on voluntary identity theft. Copies of driver's license, home utility bill, etc are required for withdraw and handing over some PII is required just for creating an account.
Phishy company.
Dear Cmijo,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.
Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Have you been advised what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account?
Additionally, wagering requirements mean the number of total bets, not a minimum payout. Let’s say the bonus wagering is 35x deposit and bonus amount. It means if you deposited $30 and received 100% bonus then you need to place total bets equal to $2,100 ($30 + $30) x 35 before you’ll be allowed to place a withdrawal.
I hope my explanation was satisfactory. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
