The player from Norway requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The player stopped responding to our messages and questions. We ended up marking the complaint as resolved because the casino provided evidence that the player's winnings were paid out.

Dear Slotozen


Did a deposit with VISA.

Managed to get a good win to cashout.

Did all the KYC process and got a verified account.

But now comes the problem…

There is no bank transfer option.

Only Crypto and Mifinity.

Talked with Live agents thats been really helpful all the way!

Uploaded my Mifinity documents on the site.

But the casino needs a deposit from Mifinity as they demand to make a withdraw.

Sent an email with screenshots that Norwegian bank cards cant make a deposit on Mifinity. Only use them to withdraw money, nothing else.

Soon 4 days of pending withdraw and zero resolution from the Casino.


Fun fact: On another Casino same provider Dama N.V / Lucky Fox they saw the problem and fixed it in less than 48 hours and sent me the money.

Sent Slotozen this information and screenshot. But they didnt care.


Please help my case! Love the site and the agents. But finance team make this really hard. Just want my money and get this case closed

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank u for posting my case 🙂

Usally when account is verifed withdraw option like Mifinity go very fast.

My problem is that KYC team have got allot of message from live agents that tryed there best to speed this up.

Hope the casino can fix this and close the case.

Dear Chizi,

As we have already informed you before in order to withdraw funds to Mifinity we need a minimum deposit from this payment method in order to verify it. We received your screenshot from Mifiniti support, but it doesn’t say that you can’t make a deposit to your Mifinity account via Bank Transfer. It might be worth a try and it will make this situation much easier.

Also, as we informed you earlier, we have contacted the payment providers and are actively working on a solution to make the transfer bank available for withdrawals again.


We hope for your understanding and are doing our best for the soonest resolution of your delicate case.
