I don't recommend it, I played with the bonus and the most interesting thing is that with strict bonus criteria and only 10x payouts of the bonus value in this casino, you don't even achieve 2% of the bonus fulfillment. The RTP is almost at 0, I also got 50 spins with the deposit and with it reached €8, even with this win you get nothing. Not to mention the free prizes during the game, it doesn't even show that they exist. I really don't know how such casinos can do business. I don't regret the 30€ and I don't even expect to get rich, but I expect at least a little respect for the players, not that the player has to respect the casino and they don't. Slotozen is the best online casino out of several I've tried, the welcome bonuses were great and they offer extra cash deposit bonuses, free spins or both quite often.

They run different competitions regularly and you earn points to reach levels where the reward can be free spins or cash bonuses.

Support is good and there is always an agent on chat that can help you with any problems, plus if you're a VIP like me, you'll be allocated a personal account manager.

Registered, paid in, received a welcome bonus with the free spins, I received 2 euros. okay, no problem yet. after that i played down my entire deposit and the 100% bonus with about 350 spins without even mentioning a win of more than one euro and three scatters. I advise against playing with the welcome bonus at this casino. I won over €1500 after wagering the welcome bonus in full and my total real money balance was reduced to €200 as the welcome bonus can only win 10x the deposit. In my opinion, however, this is an error, since the above-mentioned profit was only achieved after the sales conditions had been met and I should therefore be entitled to my entire profit. In addition, there is no other casino in the Dama NV Group with a maximum win for a deposit bonus! I'm very disappointed because it was my biggest win so far and the joy about it was completely for nothing in the end.

The game itself was fun, I got to level 4 and for every level up you get free spins as a gift that you earned by depositing with real money... When I reached level 4 I wanted to claim my free spins for that you have to use the contact support they could only credit me with 30 free spins for level 4. I didn't get the other 40 free spins for level 1, 2 and 3 although I paid a lot of money for it and I am entitled to it... Not that the player may win something. Support was not that competent and slightly unfriendly... After they refused to credit me with my free spins I closed my account without hesitation or trying to keep me there the closure was carried out. Nothing was automatically credited just because the switch was not active on the deposit bonus.
So for me these are two different types of bonuses, I like to do without a deposit bonus but I like to take advantage of the earned bonus, e.g. level up... Nicely made confusing so that the player is robbed of his money or wins nothing. ... rip-off!

People please skip this casino.they are the biggest cheaters in all gambling industry!!!

I played there for real money, made deposits and gambled. they asked me for docs to verify my acc and I sent all including passport,bill and selfie with both.

After that they didnt wanna cash out my money and after that they just deleted my account.

when I asked what is the reason?! They didnt wanna give me an explanation.they just said they have the right to delete it just like that.

I asked many times their chat support for the reason they didnt wanna answer because they are cheaters and they didnt wanna cashout the money I got.

Registered here from Stay casino, they sent to me a lot of offers and i tried out it. Verification was very quick, easy to deposit, good bonuses, but problems with withdrawal to ewallet..its already 4th day and i havent got my little withdrawal to the skrill. Not sure if i will get it, because "ewallet and 4th day" isnt good for no one casino, they repeated that there is holiday deelay, but anyway i would chose another casino, not Slotozen.

Don't sign up here. You do not get the first deposit bonus. Live chat keep fogging you off, saying that they are really busy or they are having technical problems. Unfortunatly, my experience with the customer service of this casino was probably the worst experience of my life. Deposited 80$ with their welcome bonus. Ending up winning 1500$.

When came the time to verify my document.....Ho my God-_-

First they ask you to upload certain document in PDF but guess what ? This casino does not let you upload anything else than picture or screenshot. When you press upload, you can't even see all the document in your device.

Also, they ask for a particular screenshot for my muchbetter account as proof of Payment. What they were asking for did not exist in the Muchbetter app.

I sent them everything and even more that they needed to verify my identity. The matter was resolved after I made a official complaint here and a week of back and forth with their customer service. They wanted me to play the money I won and it was obvious. They stall as much as they could but ended up paying anyway.

I never say that in a review but don't subscribe to that casino....ever !

Casino was well made, a lot of provider availble and it run smootly. No bug what so ever.
