The player from the US requested a withdrawal and continued playing. Later the casino informed her that she was not supposed to play and confiscated her winnings. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I had winnings of $1000. I was so excited. I initiated a withdraw and while waiting for my winnings I started to play again... My winnings were voided and they said this was because I started playing while my withdraw was being processed. I was so bummed. I needed that money so bad.
