Good afternoon! Thank you very much for your interest in this case. As a regular depositing player of this casino, my withdrawal request is on pending for 4 days now, even on the casino website info it says credit card withdrawal will be processed instant. I have to mention that on my player profile it shows KYC successfuly completed so from my side I don't see any issue. But I tried to contact the casino on both WhatsApp and Telegram live support to check if there are any other problems but never got a reply, not even from the bot. If needed I can provide screenshots with all my attempts to contact them. Thank you! Iulian Alexandru

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
