Good afternoon! Thank you very much for your interest in this case. As a regular depositing player of this casino, my withdrawal request is on pending for 4 days now, even on the casino website info it says credit card withdrawal will be processed instant. I have to mention that on my player profile it shows KYC successfuly completed so from my side I don't see any issue. But I tried to contact the casino on both WhatsApp and Telegram live support to check if there are any other problems but never got a reply, not even from the bot.
