I have made multiple attempts to pull out my money that I deposited with no bonus at all. Every time I do they want me to reverify my information. I have sent multiple copies of utilities, bank statements pictures of my ID and everytime it's a new excuse. "Not visible enough" or "Can't see all 4 corners" These are digital copies, they shouldn't need to see 4 corners of a digital document. They have asked for a total of 4 months bank statements and still nothing. They are refusing to pay me out my money

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Have you been advised what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? How many days ago you’ve requested a withdrawal and started the verification?

In the time I have requested to take out money, my ID has expired and now they won't let me because my ID is expired. I've been able to use my ID at other places and get verified. I am a cancer patient, I don't know what my diagnosis is after procedures and it doesn't make sense to spend 120 dollars to get a new one at this point in time to get a current one. It's pretty clear I am the owner of the ID as I've proven countless times, multiple ways that I am in fact looking to withdrawal the money. I just don't want to have to spend 120 dollars to get a new ID and find out I've got 4 months to live.

I'm truly sorry to hear about your situation. Please understand that without a picture ID it will be close to impossible to verify your casino account. Is there any alternative picture ID that you could provide? Looking forward to hearing from you.
