Ive lost over 3000 euros with this casino and everytime i try make a withdrawl they come up with excuses im fully verified and they say my iban changed excuse ive iban same for ten years also i use visa allways when depositing and there visa withdrawl donr work this is no fun at all as i said ive lost 3000 i try a small withdrawl and they treat me like this i wish i never joined them full off excuses very unfair site shouldent they withdrawl visa since i deposit visa and they say there issue with visa yet take all my 3000 deposits i must be stupid keep depositing and they keep making issues even for tiny withdrawl yes im fully verfied from day one use visa as i said and same iban for last ten years

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

  • Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?
  • Was your account verified successfully in the past?

Yes it processed now by bank transfer but only after me complaininh to them can you tell them to stop making issues everytime i make a withdrawl its stressing and annoying they only processed my withdrawl when i tell them too crazy right its unfair and it effects my enjoyment knowing that evert time i make a withdrawl they come up with iban more docs etc and yes i told ye im fully verified since first day

and you see from my screenshot thats what i go through can ye ask them to stop making problems everytime i withdrawl
