Dear Tabon,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I fully understand how difficult the whole situation must be for you. I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found:

„Delaying any game round in any game including free spins features and bonus features, saving them for later when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is strictly prohibited. Players doing so automatically agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void."

Would you be so kind and clarify what type of feature did you buy? Could you please forward your game history together with all the relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru?

I am a representative of SlotHunter Casino and I will assist with your complaint.


While I agree that the whole situation is unfortunate, SlotHunter Bonus Terms state that "The max. bet limit (5 EUR) includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed and bonus rounds (purchased within the game)".


While a spin value within the purchased bonus feature may be lower than 5 euros, buying any feature with the total cost greater than 5 euros violates the above-mentioned rule. Moreover, any further winnings will be voided as well, even after the bonus is wagered as they result from the sum that was gained in violation of the Bonus Terms.
