The player from Finland has requested a withdrawal more than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. The player has confirmed receipt of the payment.
I played here on 13.11.2022 and won 2647 euros in total. At the same day I uploaded all the needed documents and my account was verified the very same day as the screenshot shows. I then succesfully made couple of withdrawals, and managed to withdraw 2247 euros in total. So, 400 euros is still missing. It failed couple of times, and the last try was made on 16.11.2022 (screenshot). Still, after almost three weeks, the withdraw is pending! Chat only tells me to wait more.
I decided to make this post as I am very worried if they are going to pay the rest of the money. Very soon it has been 2 weeks since the withdraw. It is weird that they pay over 2000 euros, but then keep the rest (400EUR) pending that long.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Which payment method you have opted for, please?
I also checked the general terms and conditions for weekly or monthly withdrawal limits, but there are none. It seems that the delay is caused by some technical issues.

Withdraw is still in pending status, unfortunately. I used Trustly like I did on the earlier times (when it worked out well). I used bonus money when I played. They paid the bigger part of the same winnings without delay.
