Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

Hello guru ! In my account says i dont have to kyc .they did not ask for any docs .i played real money .i spoke last week via live chat of the casino and they tell me just wait more .i made my withdraw on 22 /7

i just loged in today in my account and saw that they have canceled my previous withdraw .i spoke with them .seee what they answered . i made a new withdraw via litecoin crypto

it is still pending .checked now .so you found normal that they canceled my previous withdraw from 22/7 without any reason and even sending an email to inform me ? if i did not loged in casino .i would not know that .

Yes it is completely normal as withdrawal may get canceled for multiple reasons. Did you request a new withdrawal, probably with an another payment method?
