I was playing and was up over $200. Then all the winnings just disappeared and just left about $10 on my balance. And this has got nothing to do with being verified or whether I have withdrawn or used a bonus.

And did you use a bonus? It might happen that if you breach the bonus terms the casino voided your balance - like breaching max bet rule or playing a restricted games.

I only played slots which wasn’t a breach of anything. You really should look into what actually happened rather than assuming these things you said. It makes you sound too defensive trying to come up with excuses for the money to just disappear instead of investigating. And like I mentioned, only that certain huge amount was taken and not all of it. This alone proves that I didn’t breach anything because if I did, all would have been gone!

We need to think about every possibility as we had over thousand of complaints and usually when the casino void the winnings and keep the deposited amount on the player's account, it means there was a breach of terms - most while playing with bonus money.
