Hello! I'm a member of slotwolf casino,fully verified and VIP status..I won 900$ and put it to withdraw,and then all hustle started..I provided all documents i've been asked for,even i was verified,they ask me to upload my Id&selfie,documents from my business,banks statement from business,bank statement from my personal account,skrill statement all for the past 6 months,and i did.After that they asked me to provide screenshots of withdrawals from other casinos,and i did...still not enough,after that they asked me for screenshot of withdrawals in all casinos for the past 6 months,and i did..Now they keep canceling my withdrawal,and no replies to my email...


Casino guru!,please help with this problem,cause is getting ridiculous..I have all screenshots,and chat transcripts,and im tired,i spent 2 days just calling banks,looking for documents,and find all transactions they asked me..

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
