I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website of the casino and as you stated in your complaint there is a list of countries which are not allowed to receive the first deposit bonus (welcome bonus/opening offer) or any deposit bonuses.
Unfortunately, Czech Republic is one of those countries. Sadly, I have to say that if the casino shares all the relevant information on its website and none of the important rules are hidden, there is not much I can do for you in this matter. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing, to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Since you have closed your account already, please let me know if there is anything else I could do for you in this matter. Otherwise, I will mark this complaint as ‘rejected’. I am sorry I couldn’t help you more in this case.
