Slootz.io has not paid me out ($77USD). I issued a bitcoin withdrawal request on 11/04/2023. I would like Slootz.io to process my withdrawal as I have not violated any of the terms and I have a verified account.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick, my Slootz account was verified on October 18th, 2023. I accumulated my winnings with a deposit bonus. I last spoke to Slootz on December 3rd,2023 requesting that my withdrawal be processed.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. The casino supposedly operates under a Curacao licence but we're unable to verify which. If you'd like I can provide you with the contact to all 4 of them.


I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.
