The player from the Netherlands has raised concerns about the legality of the online casino's operations, highlighting an alleged misuse of Dutch IP and identification without holding a required Dutch KSA license. Despite her efforts to communicate with the casino, she has not received any responses to her emails or messages.

I field for a refund of my deposits based on the fact that company is misleading Dutch players, as they can register and play. This on a Dutch ip and identification. The casino does not hold a required Dutch KSA license, and its assumed curacao license strictly prohibits. Uppon question if they had a ksa license number the response was " you can find it in the terms and conditions".

I've written a formal legal complaint to the casino, with numerous reminders by email ( info@slootz.io), followed by bringing further attention of these mails existences at the chat support operators. All with no outcome, none of the emails have been replyed to, not even a confermation of reveiving it.

I ask casino guro, not to get me my deposits back, i will take care of that, by to help in bring this case under to there attention, and the seriousness of this criminal offence they are conducting.

Hello JWholland,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Slootz Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Do you have any remaining balance on your casino account? Is your account currently still open? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that unless your country isn't in the casino's restricted country list, you are allowed to play there. If your country has regulations regarding it, the player is responsible for their registration and deposits.

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Hi Nick,

I dont understand you come with the reply: "Please note that unless your country isn't in the casino's restricted country list, you are allowed to play there. If your country has regulations regarding it, the player is responsible for their registration and deposits."

This is NOT true, curacao gambling committee made the following statements:

"The Curacao license strictly forbids the following countries: Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, France, The Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St. Maarten, Singapore, USA."

"Finally, Curacao prohibits access for its own citizens, and there are some specific countries that have treaties with Curacao that include restrictions prohibiting online gambling. These include the USA, the Netherlands, France, Dutch West Indies, and Australia.

It is the duty and responsibility of the license holder to check that customers are not accessing the Curacao gaming operation from prohibited jurisdictions. Regular checks are made by the Curacao Gaming Control Board as a part of the AFL/CFT supervision of all gaming sectors operating in and from Curacao, which includes the online gaming sector."

especially this part "It is the duty and responsibility of the license holder to check that customers are not accessing the Curacao gaming operation from prohibited jurisdictions. " Is important.

But again, as in the first email, my request is for them to reply to my complaint, and support question. So can you please contact them to come with a response? Thank you

Hello JWholland,

Unfortunately Curacao has most likely nothing to do with the casino. As you can see in our review as well, they have unverifiable license (they mention it on their site but there is no actual proof of it) so as I stated above, unless a country is not listed in their terms and conditions, the player is free to register there.

Is there anything else we could assist you with?

Can you contact hem? Do you have other ways to get in touch with them?

Hello JWholland,

We would be able to contact them in case of a relevant issue but there is basically no reason to contact them in this specific case as you were free to register there. I'm sorry that we are unable to help but in cases where the casino did nothing wrong, we can't contact them.

Please be sure to run through the casino terms and read some reviews before registering in any new online casino as it would prevent such misunderstandings.

The complaint will be now closed based on the above explained reason.

Best regards,

Nick
