The player from the US has not received her winnings. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I completed all wagering requirements, furnished the necessary documents, waited the appropriate amount of time, and tried multiple times to receive my earnings, also several attempts to make any type of contact or communication with this casino and only received a failure to send notification via email as if the company does not actually exist. I’ve waited several months and have had zero contact, only failed attempts to withdraw.
