Good evening,I also have problems with this casino,casino refuses to pay my win in the amount of 300$.I registered through your forum and received a registration bonus of 300$ and successfully played  I turned to the chat to find out how much was left for me to wager everything was fine the operator wrote that it remains to play another 3000$ but when I played they wrote to me that my country has no right to withdraw money they changed the rule on the go.your forum clearly says that my country has the right to a bonus and withdrawal of money(see screenshot)

Dear Andrei,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and for bringing this to our attention. We added this bonus based on the information mentioned on the website, and I found this in the casino’s General T&Cs:

"Players from certain countries will not be able to make use our free chips. Kindly check the status of countries list by consulting Customer Support."

I fixed it and added Belarus to restricted countries, so other players can be informed thanks to you.

But we believe that the casino should give bonuses only to eligible players and once you received the bonus, your winnings should be paid out, if you didn’t violate any of the Bonus or General T&Cs.

I will contact the casino regarding this issue, and I hope I will be able to help you.

We would like to ask the Silveredge Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively impact the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
