Case summary

The player from Kentucky had hit the playthrough requirement after receiving free spins and attempted to withdraw his winnings. He had deposited $12 to verify his wallet, but his account was subsequently zeroed out and his deposit was returned. He had been unable to contact customer service. We had asked the casino to clarify the situation. The casino had stated that the player had used several consecutive free chips without making a cash deposit in between, which was against their terms and conditions. As a result, we confirmed these facts and rejected the player's complaint.

Received free spins. Beet the playthrough requirement. Then to verify coindraw wallet I sent in $12. After the deposit was complete and I applied for withdrawal again. They sent my deposit back and zeroed out my account. Cannot reach any customer service what do ever. It's been 3 weeks and no response.

Dear captainhowdy792,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Silver Oak Casino.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can better understand the situation.

  • Could you please share screenshots of your bonus and transaction histories from your casino account?
  • When was the last time you communicated successfully with casino support?
  • How long have you been a player of the casino and have you completed account verification in the casino, please?

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas

I originally won 100 dollars and me made it deposit Bitcoin in coindraw to verify my wallet. I then started gambling $12 dollars that I had deposited and turned that into $50. Then after a few days it zeroed out my account saying manager withdrawl. I have emailed support about 10 times, and received an automated email saying they received my case. But never heard anything back and their live chat function does not work.

Thanks for the explanation.

Could you please explain what was your activity before November 1st? Have you claimed any additional no-deposit bonuses prior to the winning bonus?

No as when I started the silver oak account with a free spins bonus I had never played before.

Greetings all,

I had the opportunity to review the situation and it appears there were several consecutive free chips without a cash deposit to separate them, according to the terms and conditions of the casino and the free chips themselves only one free chip is valid between cash deposits. Unfortunately in this case there isn't anything I can do to assist.

Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the casino.guru team for review.

Best wishes,

Nick and Silver Oak
