The player from Norway had encountered a system error in the middle of auto bet on a dice game. After a winning streak had boosted his balance from $75 to $425, the betting system had failed to reset the bet from $120 to $0.94 after a loss, draining the balance in three spins. The player had also noted unresponsiveness from the casino. Despite the player's attempt to provide a video as evidence, we could not accept it as it did not directly show his game. Consequently, due to lack of solid evidence, we had to reject the complaint.

I was playing dice on auto bet with a configuration set to increase bet 100% and reset on loss. I ran it on auto for about a hour or so no issues as soon as I start going on a winning streak taking my balance from about $75 to $425 dollar I received a error on my screen and the autobet stopped for about 1 minute or 2 and then started again but did not reset my bet after losing and drained my balance in 3 spins at $120 when I had my initial bet set at $0.94 which as soon as I lost the $120 bet should of automatically changed back to $0.94. Also it’s my first day on site and they are definitely not telling me something and it seems like a scam because they told me I started the bet at $120 which who in their right mind would auto bet dice at $120 dollars with a $400 balance. They said they can see all my betting actions so I asked tell me where it indicates that I stopped the auto betting and was left on read. I already lost $500 and they just scammed me out of any chance of winning any back seems like it’s meant to do what it did
