  • When you registered at the casino, did you fill out your profile with the correct personal information, including your country of residence?
  • Could you please confirm that you have not used a VPN or other IP masking software to register at the casino?
  • Could you please confirm that you passed the KYC verification?
  • Has the casino informed you that your country is restricted or did you find this information yourself?

I have checked the casino's Terms and Conditions and I do not see Spain among the restricted countries.
