The player from Bulgaria had their account blocked without further explanation. After a closer examination, we rejected this complaint as unjustified.
on day after I withdrew all of my money from the casino, on the other day my account was closed and I was told that my account is closed because that is there decision and cound not be commented and that they have the last word. Fo me that is quete unfair.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.

Thank you for the answer, I know that you can not do anything over the casino and I know that they can close accounts with no reason. But it is not nice. And the only thing what I do was to withdraw all of my money. Of course the pay me the money, I dont have any left there, but after that my action they close my account. What irregular is there to withdraw your money?
