I joined July 1st. Got a new player deposit bonus. Played on the site for 3 days straight.. Hours.. Thousands of bets. Was in the hospital using my cell phone. Casino refuses to pay out cause they said I manipulated my bets. I played bets from 2 dollars to 6 dollars a bet. I didn't play like 50 dollatlr bets and go to 2 dollar bets

They implied I made very large and very small bets. I font know anyone that plays the same game just using one denomination.

I would like to send you their message. I would like to send you a screenshot of the thousands on bets I made. I played so many games for hours. I did nothing wrong. They're making an excuse not to pay out. And they took all my personal info and photos which is extremely confidential and absolutely unnecessary if they weren't going to pay out

Dear Tracey,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.select.bet/fi/pages/terms-and-conditions:

"8.8. Select.bet reserves the right to review transaction records and logs whenever it deems this to be necessary. Consequent to these reviews, it may become clear or suspicion may arise that the account is being:

- Used as a non-recreational play type or wager style account; or

- That players are colluding and thereby distorting the game play.

Select.bet reserves the right to deduct all winnings accumulated in case any of the above has been determined.

8.8.1. Casino bonus manipulation amongst others, may consist of:

- Placing bets listed as Restricted Gameplay in the specific promotion’s rules

- Increasing the balance then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game, type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus

- Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus."

Please forward any relevant communication and evidence to petronela.k@casino.guru. I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela

Hi there

Sent a few documents along to your email Adress.. Hoping they come through

Thank you for your help. No casino should be allowed to operate based on this. It's unfair. I was just playing on my phone.. For hours. I didn't manipulate anything.

Hopefully they will give you a list of all my betting transactions to prove I didn't do anything wrong.I got lucky and won money during my initial play. They just don't want to pay. As I played on in different games I also won large sums.

Hi Tracey,

I looked at your case and understand your situation. I believe you will lose the winnings if you accept the deposit, but I'm also convinced the casino will not give you a choice. I will contact the casino and see what can be done.

Thank you. I play at so many casinos and never had a problem. They seem quite shifty. I had great luck.. Winning on bonus spins.. And as you can see I played for days.. Thousands of bets before I withdrew. Any other casino would have paid out. They shouldn't be a casino and a sports betting site if they can't pay out winnings to the casino. It's just a money grab for them. I asked them to provide me with my betting history for July 1st when I joined to see what the problem was with my betting.. But they refused to respond. Appreciate your help

Dear Tracey and CasinoGuru representatives,

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

As per our records, our Trading Team detected that your betting activity, related to bonus WELCOME200 is in conflict with the site’s general terms of use. Please see the reference in the rule below:

Section 8. General Promotion Terms and Conditions, rule:

- Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus

Also note that, since a bonus manipulation has been established, we were obligated to redeem your winnings and the amount of 50 CAD (your initial deposit) has been returned to your betting account. Please see the reference in the rule below:

Please see point: 8.8.3. In case of bonus manipulation Select.bet reserves the right to deduct all winnings accumulated.

Please refer to our Terms of Use for more information: https://www.select.bet/en/pages/terms-and-conditions

As of the above mentioned, please keep In mind point 9 of the Restricted Gameplay, where it's clearly mentioned:

  • Placing bets of amounts higher than 12 € (or equivalent to € in other currency) or 5% of the given bonus, whichever is lower.

In your case, your bonus of 50 CAD is eligible of bets for the amount of 2,5 CAD and not more - here's the formula: 50 x 0,05 = 2,5 CAD

We hopy both of the sides will find this informative.

Kind Regards,

SelectBet Team

Ok. My standard bet was 2 dollars I think I stayed between 2 and 4 dollars. I won jackpots during my original play.. That's why they don't want to pay out. I did very well. I didn't make large bets. I also dispute that I was up over 5000..but I played for days. I didn't just win and cash out. They was no marker at the top of the screen that advised what a maximum bet could be. Other casinos will state not to exceed 5 dollars, etc. Who caps a game at 2.50? (if this is what they're saying). This is just made up. It's irrelevant. This is silly and this casino should Lose its license. It's Happy to take your money but finds an excuse when it's time to payout. This casino sent me emails encouraging me to make more deposits. I told them I wanted to wait for the payout before I continued. I'm sure this is what triggered this situation.

Hi Tracey,

I'm afraid, there is not much that can be done if you broke the maximum bet rule. You are right that it would be much easier if the system wouldn't let you make bets bigger than the max bet. Unfortunately, this feature is not an industry standard yet. The only thing I can recommend you to do is to study the bonus rules properly before you accept a bonus, so you avoid disappointment in the future. I wish I could be of more help.

Best regards,

Peter
