The player from Hamburg has submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The player later confirmed that the issue was resolved.
A payment was made on 02/26/2023, which was then processed on 02/03/23 but has not yet been credited to my account! Since that day I'm waiting for the processing of the next payment again! It is advertised with 2-3 days processing but if it goes on like this I will have received all payments in 4 weeks because I still have 1000€ that I cannot pay out before the 500 are processed!

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I can see your last withdrawal for 500 euro was processed today and you have already withdrawn the next one, this should be processed by the system tomorrow and sent to you the following day. Please be advised that once you withdraw, the system needs 24h to process the request and another 24h to send the payment out.
Please let me know if this is ok as your payments are being sent out to you. Should you not have gotten any payments yet please provide proof with a bank statement over the past 2 weeks.
