The player from Tanzania is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
My account has 344.14 USD, after fullfilling all wagering requirements, but still not paid since I requested 25.12.2021, 17:48:00. Based on their guideline withdrawing request worked within 24hours only. It seems there are trying to avoid my payment.

It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, and maybe even longer during the holiday season. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
