Out of curiosity I wanted to test a Curacao casino. And I have to say that I'm really surprised. In my opinion, Curacao stands for poor support and withdrawal problems, which did not exist here at all.
Deposit
There are credit cards and SOFORT transfer and even crypto currencies as a deposit method. Unfortunately there are no Skrill and Neteller. Deposits are immediately available on the player account. Didn't have any issues with credit card deposit.
Payouts
Withdrawals are only possible if your account is fully verified. In my case, ID, 3 credit cards and a bank statement for the home address. The verification was completed within 2 hours, so really fast.
I paid a total of € 1000 to my bank account. Unfortunately not a quick transfer, but a completely normal one. Therefore, the money was only in the account after 2 days. But otherwise there were no problems.
Game selection
The selection itself is very good. Almost all major providers are represented, with the exception of Play n'GO, which is a shame.
VIP program
I was awarded VIP status after making deposits of over € 2500 and regular gaming activity. This is nowhere advertised or anything like that, nothing can be found on the entire website.
So very briefly: What is the VIP status? You get: - a personal VIP manager whom you can really ask anything - after deposits of € 200 + a bonus of € ??? (10x wagering requirements) It is not quite clear how the amount is calculated. Goods mostly 50 € -100 €
My VIP manager was extremely easy to reach and tried very hard to solve or answer my problems and questions. Example: My first withdrawal failed because my account was not yet fully verified. My VIP manager emailed me 5 minutes later to tell me why the payout had failed.
Conclusion
The casino is still quite small, but all employees try to solve customer problems as quickly as possible. The bonus programs can still be expanded, but in my opinion the VIP program brings out what is missing in the normal program.
I am very positively surprised with this casino and will keep an eye on it.

Ausgezahlt habe ich insgesamt 1000€ auf mein Bankkonto. Leider keine Blitzüberweisung, sondern eine ganz normale. Daher war das Geld erst nach 2 Tagen auf dem Konto. Aber sonst gab es keinerlei Probleme.

Daher ganz kurz: Was ist der VIP Status? Du bekommst: - einen persönlichen VIP Manager den man wirklich alles Fragen kann - nach Einzahlungen von 200€+ einen Bonus in höhe von ???€(10x Umsatzbedingungen) Ist nicht ganz ersichtlich wie die Höhe berechnet wird. Waren meist 50€-100€
Mein VIP Manager war extrem gut erreichbar und war sehr bemüht meine Probleme und Fragen zu lösen bzw. zu beantworten. Beispiel: Meine erste Auszahlung schlug fehl, da mein Account noch nicht Vollständig verifiziert war. Mein VIP Manager meldete sich 5 Minuten später per Mail, um mir mitzuteilen weshalb die Auszahlung fehlgeschlagen ist.
Fazit
Das Casino ist noch ziemlich klein, aber alle Mitarbeiter sind bemüht Probleme von Kunden schnellstmöglich zu lösen. Die Bonusprogramme sind noch Ausbaufähig, aber das VIP Programm holt meiner Meinung nach das wieder raus was im normalen Programm fehlt.

Bad, too bad and something is wrong with the deposit methods. At the beginning I could deposit with direct transfer and after 5 deposits this method would be blocked for me, allegedly you are not allowed to make more than 5 deposits in 24 hours. Then I had myself logged in again after 3 days and tried to deposit again with the same method but the problem was the same. asked why why that and I just got a stupid answer: try another deposit method! and which were the other methods: bitcoin, litecoin, etherum, etc. where I am not at all familiar with it 👎 for me this casino is very bad that I also tried to withdraw something only for a test and noticed that the method I paid in or "transfer" was not even allowed the methods of the payout ..! and as far as I know you always have to use the same method that you have paid in, also to use the payout, only some do not even exist in the Ausz ahlung menu. that's what I call fooling

bad casino I deposited there with a bonus and won over 4000 euros, they didn't want to cash out because my bonus ratio was too high and I deposited with a bonus too often, but they still allowed me to receive the bonus. I also have this case here on casino guru published and was able to get at least my deposit of 1300 euro back. stay away from this casino.
