I just received a text offering free spins on Wolf Gold. I played and won £600 and as soon as the free spins ended I was unable to retrieve my winnings so I found play on other games. This is disgraceful and I won fairly. I am now unable to log back in

I was never blocked by the casino until yesterday when I won through the free spins. I have an account and only opened it a few months ago

I received an email from Savanna Wins who advised me I have no restrictions and my account is not closed. I was able to log in and now I have tried again and cannot log in again. As I said I have £609 in my account balance with wagering and I want to play it through but cannot log in
