Sapphirebet has blocked my withdrawals and deposits

it just says authorization error when i try to deposit or withdraw


i contacted them they told me to send all the deposit details on astropay like my personal details, transactions photos, my national id card etc


they still didn't unblock me.

Please help me in getting my money back/

I spoke to casino today. They have allowed to withdraw funds but they blocked my account and I don't even know the reason. They have also allowed to withdraw to different payment method and not the payment which I used.


They told me to send me Screenshots of ASTROPAY wallet transactions and even Personal Details(I don't even know if its legal considering it has sensitive information)


Verification process is completed, they told me to send National ID , Astropay transactions and personal details.


This is what they're saying "The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept a bet from any individual without giving a reason."


I would like to know the reason because I've not done any mistake, I've not won anything huge, didn't use bonuses.


Please Help in getting the reason why they've blocked me. I'm new to gambling industry and this is what happened. I just want to know the reason and whether they can unblock my account or not? If not, please ask them the reason I've got a block.

Do I understand it correctly that you have no longer any balance on your account?

If not, the casino may close your account without any reason given and they are not even obligate to tell it to anybody.

As they allowed me to withdraw i dont have any money in the account. But they didnt give me any reason on why im blocked in first place when i had money

They are not even obligate to. The casino can close your account without any reason given if you have no balance there.
