I used a bonus the bonus is included in the photos. My account is verified. I’m not sure when it was but I can send you a photo of the verification. I spoke with them yesterday and today and they keep passing the buck. They told me it would be approved in 5 working days. Ok. Then it was moved to 7. When I hit 7 I was told the first day didn’t count. On the 8th day they kept having me speak to other people. It’s only like 450 bucks but it’s madness that they take deposits in 10 seconds and withdraws take forever
That’s the bonus I used. It was also %260 of the $100 dollars I deposited. So 700 (the money I was withdrawing) - $260 equals $440

It’s 440. My deposit has been approved but not paid. I was told on multiple occasions that it would take 5-7 business days to approve and it ended up taking 14. The staff seem like it’s a chore to check on my account
