So I was sent some free spins in my email. So I used them and won 160 dollars. I immediately requested a cash out at which time I had to show proof of who I was. No problem. So a week goes by and I ask them what's taking so long. They say I need to be verified so I double checked and no verification was needed so I waited. A couple days later I got another email with free spins. So I played and lost. However what I didn't know is that they put the money from my request back in my account so when I asked where my money was they said I can't cash out on multiple free chips. So basically I won of there free spins but they refused to pay me.
