The player from Greece was frustrated because the casino management had deactivated all bonuses or loyalty points on his account indefinitely. Despite having more deposits than some of his friends, he had received no clear explanation for this issue. We advised him that casinos reserved the right to restrict or close player accounts, and were not obligated to provide bonuses. The player insisted on understanding the reason behind this action. However, as no actual funds were withheld by the casino, we decided not to pursue the matter further and rejected the complaint.

In the beginning everything was very clear and good playing in this casino then the i saw that the management as i informed in the live chat deactivate forever any bonus or loyalty points for my account without a reason. I tried so many times to ask how they get this decision but they never answered me clearly what’s the problem. I have a few friends playing in this casino without any issue about the bonuses and they can use normally every bonus. But this it’s not fair because i have more deposits than them but only my account has problems without a reason

i didn’t something wrong. In the beginning for e few months all the bonuses and the loyalty points were accepted and activated. Then without a reason they deactivate forever everything. I want just an explanation for what’s the difference between my account and the others which i can know what’s happening with my account

I sincerely apologize, but if the casino hasn't withheld any actual funds, we won't continue investigating this matter. I comprehend your desire to understand why the casino withdrew your bonus privileges, but it is entirely at their discretion, and we won't pursue it further if no real funds are involved.
