My withdrawal was processed and paid, but shortly after the funds, already visible on my bank account, were drawn back. My bank says the payment was failed from the casino end. Royspins refuses to investigate this simple matter. I have all the transaction codes provided by my bank, but Royspins wants a pdf bank statement. Problem is, this cannot be seen in any bank statements. They still refuse to just check their data and see the payment was failed.
