I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding RoySpins Casino, where I have been a dedicated player, investing significant amounts of money weekly across various venues. It is alarming that a casino with such a high rating on Casino Guru can exhibit practices that border on market manipulation or a significant decline in trustworthiness.

Firstly, RoySpins Casino has displayed egregiously inaccurate RTP (Return to Player) rates for well-known games, blatantly disregarding fair play. My suspicions arose after enduring prolonged periods of play with not just poor RTP but almost non-existent returns. To verify this, I concurrently played at four different venues. Shockingly, RoySpins not only scored the lowest but its RTP was so abysmally low that I am now contacting the game provider, as RoySpins dismissed my concerns, attributing the issue to the provider’s normal RTP. I am confident the provider will not be pleased with their games being misrepresented in such a manner.

Achieving a turnover of 30-40 times the cashback amount is nearly impossible, even with standard RTP rates. Comparative Analysis: I have conducted a comparative analysis with other casinos offering the same games with the same advertised RTP. The outcomes at this particular casino are significantly worse, indicating a potential discrepancy in their payout algorithm.


User Reports and Reviews: Numerous other users have reported similar experiences on independent review platforms and forums. This pattern of complaints suggests a systemic issue rather than isolated incidents.

This pattern is suspicious and points to potential tampering. To the point where it was almost every time on certain machines after a large number of spins, sometimes switching to the "demo" version and instantly seeing dramatic RTP changes.


Unusual Betting Patterns: There have been multiple instances where the same bet amount yielded drastically different outcomes under similar conditions, which deviates from standard statistical expectations and suggests inconsistency in the game's algorithm.

For instance, experiencing long losing streaks followed by a short burst of wins just enough to keep the balance from reaching zero, which appears engineered rather than random.


I am not a new gambler, infact I spend large amounts weekly and have done for sometime, I am not wasting my time and effort on this for fun, it is purely a public service for others out there.

I have requested the RTP details you asked for from the casino, they have chosen not too respond, it was also followed by multiple follow ups so I think it’s safe to assume on both sides the review needs to be published and this dispute needs to be published for your visitors to your site, refusing to resolve something that should be easy is as close to an admission of guilt as it gets and if your stance is to not action this or make sure this is posted publicly then your site serves the exact opposite purpose it is designed for, I want to trust you are doing right by the players and not in the pocket of the venues, they have after many attempts refused to prove they are not manipulating the games and RTP and they have not played ball, if it was that easy to avoid bad publicity to just avoid responding then everyone would do it.
