I was in contact with the casino's Live Chat and they answered me without any problem. However, I received the information about undelivered emails/unidentified email addresses when I attempted to contact them via email using all emails that I found on the casino's website.
This is what I managed to find out:
- Slots Games are currently not working due to technical issues
- The issues will be fixed as soon as possible and once it is resolved, you will be informed about it
- The casino did not provide me with any estimated time frame, so it recommended we only wait until the issues are fixed
- As this is one of the rarest issues, the casino representative could not promise anything about extending the validity of the bonus used
- The Live Chat representative raised a complaint ticket regarding your issue and once they get an update, you will be notified about it by the casino, this is the complaint ticket ID - "BP-14071"
- For further queries, you can contact the casino via Live Chat
Did you try to ask them to cancel your bonus and/or refund your initial deposit? If yes, what were the results of your conversation with the casino? Are you please able to contact the casino's CS via Live Chat referring to the stated complaint ticket and provide me with an update?
