The player from Ireland is questioning the validity of casino license, and his balance is withheld by the casino. We rejected the complaint per player's request to close her casino.guru account.

I just found our that this casino is not licensed. If you scroll to their contact us information you will see that "if for some reason you are, not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint,



" you may report a complaint to the Curaco Gaming Authority"



However I did a search on the curaco Gaming site and please see the screenshot attached they are unlicensed.



They have taken 1500 deposits from me. Surely this must be seen as fraud. How can they get away with being unlicensed surely that must be against the law.


Is there any advise you can give me guys. I know you work very hard to help people but this is not right. It's deceiving people and it's fraud.
