I ask casino guru for help because I don't know where else to turn because I think that this casino violated my rights and ignores adequate logic. everything was fine with this casino until the withdrawal of my winnings. I deposited my funds through cryptocurrency - the only available source for me to pay and receive my winnings, as bank transfers are not available in my country. then at an unknown moment without notice deposits and withdrawals in any cryptocurrency were restricted. of course, they did not give any time for withdrawal of winnings for players to the who don't like it. They have no other sane means of withdrawal. I spent more than 10 days trying to communicate with the financial department, asking to make an exception, to change my region, to make a manual withdrawal or change the payment system (which limits innocent players and creates difficulties for them) - as I believe that my rights as a player are grossly violated and violate to please themselves one of the main rules for most casinos - winnings are usually paid by the same payment method, which was deposited. Of course, if I had been notified of such changes I would have withdrawn funds in advance and found another place for me to play. for me the amount of winnings is large and I do not want to trust it to unknown to me payment systems with bad reviews and low ratings, which are unclear how they work. To summarize - I can not get funds on a bank card (casino physically can not send them there, in my country there is no visa and mastercard), and all other means of payment are unknown and obscure wallets, which also withdraw to bank cards (which I physically can not use), as well as have low ratings and commissions and a lot of other things that I am not ready to face. I ask royalstars to respect the agreement between the client and the casino and withdraw my honest winnings by the payment method I used to make a deposit and not to deprive me of my winnings, because by other payment systems I will not be able to get it and it will be lost.I have attached an image about my deposit, about the withdrawal ban and about the available list of payment systems that royalstars offer me to use instead of cryptocurrency (this is the only offer that was voiced to me), as well as the response of the financial group. I tried to solve the issue with the casino, but I did not succeed. 

pss .I ask the casino to manually change my region as a withdrawal and support their player, because reading the complaint here royalstars said that for them the main thing is the player's pleasure .for me it is a month of nerves and stress, not pleasure . I also believe that the client's right to withdraw winnings to the means of payment by which the deposit was made is an inviolable right of the client and I ask him not to hinder it and not leave your client with a problem alone.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?

Please keep in mind that the player has to respect the available payout methods and based on the screenshots provided, there are wallets (which are all legit) which you can use. Depositing with a specific payment method does not mean it can be also used to withdraw balance.

Greetings thank you for the approved complaint and for your help .my account is fully verified and I have not used the bonus funds.the only more or less adequate option is mifinity, but I can not even pass the verification there .tech support does not respond email is impossible to send and verification requires id(I have only passport) I am sure that this problem is easily solved with the interest of royal stars and since they declare that for them the comfort of the customer is primary -I am sure we will come to an agreement satisfactory to both parties and not that I will use third-party unknown wallets that do not satisfy me to change the region is a matter of two minutes.
